Description

You only need 5 ingredients to make this super easy Tilapia recipe. Pair it with steamed rice and baby Bok Choy to experience a perfect Chinese meal.

Ingredients

1 Tilapia fillet
3-4 Ginger slices
1 Green onion (chopped)
1 Lemon wedge
1 tsp Sesame oil
Salt (for seasoning)

Pre-heat the oven to 375F

Prepare a layer of aluminum foil on a baking pan

Place the tilapia fillet on the foil

Squeeze the lemon wedge and rub some salt on the both sides of the fillet for seasoning

Add ginger slices, chopped green onion, and sprinkle the sesame oil to the fillet

Fold the foil to completely wrap the fillet. This helps to keep the moisture in
