This is not an ordinary bisque. The recipe came to me when I was wondering what to do with some left over pasta sauce. Why not turn it into a bisque and add some grilled shrimp to elevate the dish?
Simply omit the shrimp to turn it into a vegetarian dish!
|4 cups Traditional pasta sauce|
|2 tbs Olive oil|
|1 tbs Butter|
|1 tsp Crushed red pepper|
|1/2 tsp Dried parsley|
|1/4 cup Heavy cream|
|2 tbs Lemon juice|
