Mushroom Spinach Stir Fry

Description

Easy stir fry with little preparation! Ready in less than 15 min

Note:

  1. Use gluten-free soy sauce for gluten-free preparation
  2. No additional water is needed as both spinach and mushroom release water upon cooking
  3. 1 tbs of samba oelek can be added if spiciness is desired

Ingredients

1 tbs Cooking oil
1 tsp Minced garlic
6-8 Mushrooms
1 bunch Spinach
2 tbs Soy sauce
1 tbs Oyster sauce
Salt if needed

Directions

Slice the mushrooms to desired size

In a pan, add cooking oil and heat it on high heat

Add the minced garlic and let it brown slightly

Add the spinach and mushroom and cover the pan
5
After 5 min, add the soy sauce and oyster sauce
6
Cook for another 5 min or to desired consistency

Remove from heat and serve warm
