Top it with your favorite salad dressing! My suggestion is Cilantro Avocado Yogurt dressing
3-4 mini sweet peppers (assorted colors) |
1 cup baby spinach |
1/4 cup black beans (from can) |
1/4 cup kidney beans (from can) |
1/4 cup garbanzo beans (from can) |
1/4 cup corn kernels (from can) |
1/4 cup finely shredded fiesta blend cheese |
