This is not an ordinary bisque. The recipe came to me when I was wondering what to do with some left over pasta sauce. Why not turn it into a bisque and add some grilled shrimp to elevate the dish?
Simply omit the shrimp to turn it into a vegetarian dish!
| 4 cups Traditional pasta sauce |
| 2 tbs Olive oil |
| 1 tbs Butter |
| 1 tsp Crushed red pepper |
| 1/2 tsp Dried parsley |
| 1/4 cup Heavy cream |
| 6 Shrimps |
| 2 tbs Lemon juice |
| Salt |
| Pepper |
