This is an easy vegan recipe of tofu and quinoa!
You can easily find the chili garlic sauce in Walmart, Kroger or in any asian grocery stores
Simply use a fork to mash the tofu into small pieces after draining the tofu water
1 firm or extra firm tofu (mashed) |
1/2 cup quinoa |
2 carrots (grated) |
1-2 shallots (chopped) |
1 tbs olive oil |
1 tbs chili garlic sauce |
Salt for seasoning |
Dried parsley (for garnish) |
